The Caring Senior Service team in McAllen invites compassionate caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our in-home care network. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow with a trusted local employer.
Provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes, helping with daily activities, mobility, meals, and safety. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a rewarding caregiving career.
Locations Served: McAllen, Pharr, Edinburg, Harlingen, and surrounding communities
Pay: $9–$12 per hour
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
Available Shifts: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Caring Senior Service is currently hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors throughout McAllen and nearby Rio Grande Valley communities.
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience. A variety of scheduling options are available, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.
As an in-home caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one assistance that helps seniors continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with the clients and families you support.
