Job summary

Caring Senior Service is hiring dependable and compassionate caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to work one-on-one with seniors in their homes around Corpus Christi.

We offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, weekend, PRN, and extended-shift opportunities. Earn $12–$14 per hour with bi-weekly pay, and enjoy benefits like paid time off, direct deposit, on-demand pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Provide toileting assistance and incontinence support.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands and transportation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and document care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
• Protect client privacy, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you will work one-on-one with seniors in their homes and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and social interaction

• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

• Communicating with clients, families, and the Caring Senior Service team
• Documenting care provided during each shift

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and ready to make a difference.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable attendance and professional communication

CNA, HHA, and PCA experience is welcomed but not required for every position. Additional training is available.

Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving is especially valuable.
