Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• vaccination records preferred.
• Previous caregiving/home care experience is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Able to commit to assigned schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
