Job summary

Right at Home Collin & Denton County is actively seeking experienced Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support clients in the local area. The role emphasizes person-centered care, mobility assistance, and companionship with a focus on dignity and respect.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA/PCA certification is a plus. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to pass a background check. Drivers with reliable transportation are preferred for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• CNA, HHA or PCA certification preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs independently.
• Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation for some shifts.
• Able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Companionship, emotional support, and supervision.
• Meal preparation and nutrition management.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Medication reminders and adherence support.
• Errands and transportation for appointments and needs.
