Are you a compassionate and skilled caregiver, a Certified Nursing Assistant, or a Home Health Aide? We are looking for a few good men and women to join our team. We invest in our care team and rely on them to provide exceptional service to our clients. We offer our team members flexible schedules; this is a great opportunity for care professionals, nursing and college students, as well as working moms and dads who have the experience or education we seek. Full‑time and part‑time hours are available! You can work as little as 24 hours per week or as much as 24 hours per day. Our hourly rate is $12–$13 per hour, with overtime at $18–$20 or more. Our caregivers benefit from higher pay, in addition to the overtime opportunities. We have openings for caregiver positions in all three counties—Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda Counties. Both hourly and live‑in jobs are available. The ideal candidate will have one year of professional caregiving experience or be a CNA or HHA caring for seniors or persons with a disability, providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living.

Qualifications

Applicants must provide references, a clear TB test, a Social Security card or work permit, pass a background check, demonstrate the ability to perform required tasks, and be able to communicate well with clients.

A California driver’s license, vehicle, and current auto insurance are a plus but not required; however, all team members are responsible for getting to and from their case.
