Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes safely and professionally.
• Provide personal companionship and stay actively engaged with clients and their families.
• Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Complete administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting changes in clients' physical or mental condition.
