We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You will work individually with clients, providing non-medical services that foster relationships with seniors who wish to age in place at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Provide compassionate care for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Support bed-bound clients with dedicated care.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide support to clients receiving hospice care.
• Assist clients with low vision.
• Support palliative care needs.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA certification or HHA license.
• Minimum of 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
