Family Best Care is seeking a reliable in-home caregiver for an ongoing client care assignment in Shoreline, WA. This role offers consistent weekly work and longer-term client relationships with clear communication to a responsive office team.

Applicants must hold an active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential, and meet basic health and onboarding requirements. The position pays $30.00 per hour with overtime at 1.5x and holiday pay for company holidays.

Qualifications

• Current TB test or screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Food Worker Card.
• Valid government issued photo ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Reliable phone access for work related communication.
• Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping tasks.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate.
• Provide companionship and client engagement.
• Follow the care plan and document care accurately; communicate updates and schedule needs to the office.

Family Best Care is hiring a reliable in home caregiver for an ongoing client care assignment in Shoreline, WA.

This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly work, longer term client relationships, and clear communication with a responsive office team.

This position requires an active Washington Home Care Aide credential, also known as HCA, or an active Nursing Assistant Certified credential, also known as NAC or CNA. If you do not currently meet this requirement, Family Best Care may be unable to proceed with your application for this position.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Holiday pay for company recognized holidays
• Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week
• Ongoing weekly client schedules when available
• Support from a responsive office team

Schedule

• Part time ongoing client assignment
• Two 2-hour shifts per week
• Specific days and shift times will be discussed during the hiring process
• 4 scheduled hours per week
• We do our best to match caregivers with schedules that fit their availability, but shift times are determined by client care needs
• Applicants must be comfortable with short shifts and able to reliably commute to Shoreline for both weekly visits
