This range is provided by The Lisa Vogel Agency. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

The Lisa Vogel Agency offers a team-oriented environment where caregivers are valued employees, not contractors. We ensure consistent weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday and strive to match caregivers with clients in comfortable settings, leading to an average tenure of 4.3 years.

Schedule:
  • Day shifts: 4-12 hours, Monday to Friday; 8-12 hours on weekends
  • Night shifts: 8-12 hours, Monday to Friday; 12-hour shifts on weekends
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Caregiver in healthcare or in-home care
  • At least 2 direct care references
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in one-on-one settings
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Compassionate, encouraging, and reliable
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
Pay:
  • $16-18/hr for Monday-Friday schedule; $18-20/hr for weekend-only shifts
