Amada Senior Care - Central Houston is hiring compassionate caregivers in Jacinto City, TX. Join a team dedicated to helping seniors live safely and independently at home. Positions available are part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling and in-office orientation.

Caregivers provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support while ensuring clients’ safety and dignity. Travel within a 20-mile radius is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving experience is required.
• Must be willing to travel within a 20-mile radius.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to clients to help them stay safe, comfortable and independent.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Give medication reminders and support with errands and appointments.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping; observe changes in condition and report promptly.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Amada caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged in their daily lives.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility, errands, and appointments
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable transportation
