Job summary

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Collegeville is seeking a Caregiver/CNA to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, reliable support in a safe environment. Training and onboarding are provided to help you grow with our team.

The job supports on-site care, with multiple shifts including day, evening and night. CNA certification is preferred but not required, and we value strong communication and dependability in our caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA preferred, but not required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate and reliable caregiver mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Engage residents in activities and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams.
