Job summary

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Wyomissing is seeking Caregivers / CNAs for part-time roles to support residents with daily living activities and build meaningful relationships in a safe, home-like environment.

The position offers starting pay of $17 per hour (based on experience and CNA certification) with benefits including 401(k) matching, medical and dental coverage, life insurance, and paid vacation. Shifts include day and night options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA preferred, but not required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate and reliable demeanor requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Engage residents in activities and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams.
