Job summary

Right at Home is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support clients at home with essential daily living activities. The role focuses on safety, dignity, and compassionate care in a home setting, with opportunities for growth and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities include assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companionship, plus adherence to care plans and safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check clearance required.
• CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks.
• Help with transferring/moving the client safely within home.
• Perform light housekeeping, meals, and errands support.
• Provide companionship and dementia care as needed.
• Support prescribed range of motion exercises and medication reminders.
