• Assist with transferring/moving client between locations in the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, dishes, laundry.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client on errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises as needed.
• Dementia care and companionship activities.
