Job summary

Right at Home in Coatesville, PA is seeking Caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities. You will provide essential personal care services and companionship in the home, working within a dedicated team to improve quality of life.

Join the A team and help with daily living activities, mobility, meals, errands, medication reminders, and dementia care. PPE is provided, and benefits include training, flexible scheduling and competitive pay with travel time reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home.
• Performing housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, laundry and cleaning the bathroom.
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving.
• Medication reminders.
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care.
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
