Columbia Cottage in Wyomissing, PA is looking to hire Caregivers / CNAs to help improve the quality of life for the residents in our care. This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $16.00/hour, depending on CNA certification and experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks for full-time andpart-time positions, eligibility for double time for working holidays, and earned wage access. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER / CNA

As a Caregiver / CNA, you assist our senior residents with day-to-day tasks so they can live richer, fuller lives. You are a caring person who is not only a caregiver for our residents but also a friend. In this direct care role, you do more than help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating. You also develop personal relationships with them, so you can provide our residents with companionship and a conversation partner.

When we host activities or community events, you gently encourage your residents to attend and socialize with others. Additionally, you keep living spaces clean, organized, and free of tripping hazards. When possible, you encourage independence and self-sufficiency during various activities. You are a reliable helper who feels great about directly improving the lives of our senior residents!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAREGIVER / CNA

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heart for working with senior residents

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CAREGIVER / CNA

The following shifts are available for this part-time assisted living position:

• Part-time day shift (6:00am-2:30pm)
• Part-time night shift (11:00pm-7:30am)

All positions, unless otherwise indicated, have an every other weekend and every other holiday obligation

Shift Differentials: Evening: $1.00, Night: $2.00
