Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Warrenton, VA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a Professional FirstLight Home Caregiver you will provide compassionate in-home support, companionship, meals, personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation to clients in the community.

We offer competitive pay, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, paid orientation, and a supportive management team. A PCA or CNA certification is preferred or you can take our 40-hour PCA class to earn

Qualifications

• Caring individuals with a passion to help others.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a drug screen.
• Live in or near Warrenton service area.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Be willing to complete PCA class to earn PCA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation with clients.
• Prepare and serve meals, assist with daily activities.
• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Light housekeeping and laundry, shopping and transportation.
• Document and communicate observations to the care team.

Caregiving Experience

Great 1:1 Ratio Caregiving in the Client's Home, not facility care.
