Job summary

FirstCare Enterprises LLC dba FirstLight Home Care is seeking a dedicated in-home caregiver to provide personal care and companionship to seniors. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, effective communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Located in the Brentwood area, caregivers will work from 7 pm to 7 am. Benefits include competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and continued training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences.
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance.
• Consent to background checks and drug tests.
• TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs.
• Monitor and assist with medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client throughout the night.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.

Client Location and Schedule Hours

Clients located in the Brentwood area. 7 pm to 7 am.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs
• Monitor and assist with medication reminder
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client thought the night
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
• Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
• Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
• Consent to drug and alcohol testing
• TB test
