Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay independent at home in Rogers, AL. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for part-time with full-time hours, along with training and development to grow your skills.

As a HomeWell hero, you’ll provide companionship and daily support, with weekly paid wages between $14 and $18 per hour, plus benefits such as paid time off, insurance coverage, and a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons
  • Exceptions to this requirement are for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Aid (PCA),
  • caring for a family member or persons who will only be providing companionship and housekeeping services.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state) and a drug screen.
• This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position and subject to applicable state and federal regulations.

Compensation:
