Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen is seeking compassionate Caregivers to help clients stay independent in their homes in the Richmond area. Join a team that values relationships, safety, and personalized support.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, companionship, and respite care for families. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for tuition assistance through SNHU.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State CNA or HHA certification is required if applicable.
• Access to reliable transportation is required.
• Experience as a caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

We are hiring in the following areas: Cleveland, Humble, New Caney, Kingwood, and Porter.

*Mileage will only be reimbursed while traveling to clients home from the workplace based on business needs.

**Paid training will only be reimbursed for time training is scheduled for.

***401k benefits will only be available after one year of employment.
