Homewatch CareGivers is hiring a Senior Caregiver on a flexible PRN schedule. This role offers competitive pay, premium rates for short shifts, and the chance to serve seniors in their homes. A reliable vehicle is required for travel across the Main Line and NW Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, and detailed visit documentation via smartphone. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or in related roles (CNA/DSP/PCA/HHA).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for documentation.
• Must have a valid insured vehicle for client travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers
• Offer companion care and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Give medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Escort clients to appointments and activities
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Complete visit documentation on smartphone
• Assist with light administrative tasks when hours are low
