Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as documenting completed tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical or mental condition

Qualifications

To Get Started You Will Need:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience
• Valid and active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certificate
• Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
• Open availability strongly preferred
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray
• Basic Computer Skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
