Location: Princeton, NJ & Surrounding Areas Pay: $18 - $26 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Your Role

As a Care Aide, you'll support clients in their daily routines and help them remain safe and comfortable at home. You’ll follow personalized care plans and work under the guidance of our Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities

Prepare meals and support dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping

Provide companionship and emotional support

Accompany clients on errands or appointments

Offer medication reminders

Support safe ambulation and mobility

Maintain accurate care documentation

What You Bring

Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent qualification

Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Negative TB test or recent chest X-ray

Ability to travel locally (Princeton and nearby areas)

Smartphone and internet access for scheduling and documentation
