Care Partners

Provide direct full care to residents following an individual service plan. Treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs, and encourage independence. Foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the community. We provide continuing education to help you receive your HCA (required by the Department of Health of Washington State), and also provide opportunities to obtain your CNA Certification and Medication Technician (QMAP).

The base pay range will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.

  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.
