Base pay ranges from $12.16 to $15.20/hour, determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits-eligible.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to cover naturalization (Form N-400) application fees up to $725 for qualified associates after one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat residents with respect and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care, as well as housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.
