Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care, as well as household chores like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulations.

$12.84 - $16.04 per hour
