BrightCare Home Care in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking caregiver to provide in-home care for a Spanish-speaking client. You will handle personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship while upholding dignity and respect.

Must have 3+ years of caregiving experience with CNA/HHA certification or equivalent. Reliable, punctual, and ready to pass background checks and drug screening.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiving certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MUST SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH FOR A SPANISH SPEAKING CLIENT

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
• A positive attitude and genuine heart for service
• Strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, consistent
• Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting
• Able to pass:
• Comprehensive background check
• Drug screening
