  • The Floater will be available 5 days per week and will serve in an on‑call capacity, with the flexibility to accept shifts as needed to support the health and safety of consumers in both home and community settings.
  • The Floater will work closely with the department regarding availability week to week, as needs for coverage may vary. The Floater will be provided with assignments with as much notice as possible, understanding that call‑off needs may be short notice.

  • The Full‑Time Floater will be compensated $15.00 per hour worked. The Full‑Time Floater will be compensated at a minimum base rate of $9.50 for up to 20 hours per week. If the Floater is not scheduled for a full 40‑hour work week, then up to 20 hours of base pay will be included to help bring the Floater to a full‑time schedule. (The Floater will not receive this rate if shifts are offered and turned down during the designated time of availability.)
