What Is 4-Week Secure?

4-Week Secure is a special caregiving opportunity designed to give you consistent income for your first month on the job. In exchange for providing 48 hours of availability each week (including at least one weekend visit), you'll receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay - no matter how many hours you're actually scheduled.

A Day in the Life:

• Rewarding & Dynamic Work: As a Caregiver Associate at Tribute Home Care, you'll assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and companionship - helping maintain their dignity and independence.
• Extended Visits: Your schedule may include visits of up to 12 hours (daytime or awake overnight), giving you the opportunity to truly connect with each client.
• Availability Commitment: Be prepared to accept visits during your specified days and times. If a visit is offered within your set availability, we rely on you to take it.
• Commuting Responsibility: You'll be responsible for commuting, but you'll have the stability of a guaranteed paycheck.

Program Requirements

• 48 Hours of Weekly Availability: Must offer at least 48 hours each week, on consistent days/times, including at least one weekend visit. Visits can be 12-hour days or 12-hour awake overnights.
• Willingness to Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes/20 miles for client visits. Drivers are preferred.
• Additional Expectations: Must meet local caregiver requirements (e.g., background checks) and provide compassionate and professional care for our clients.
