Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in West Lake Hills, TX is seeking caring caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands‑on care, support residents with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships that enhance comfort and quality of life.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, and those passionate about building a career in senior living. A CNA license is not required; full-time and PRN shifts are available, with weekends/holidays rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

Full-Time - 2:30pm-10:45pm - rotating schedule includes weekends/holidays

PRN(On-Call/As Needed) - 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, 10:30pm-6:45am

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.
