Overview

Edencrest at Kettlestone is recruiting for Resident Assistants. In this role you will ensure residents receive assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that coincides with the community’s mission statement and core values.

Open Shifts Available

• Part-time Overnights, 10pm-6am
• PRN

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident vital signs or have the ability to monitor and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promote communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, changes in medical conditions, and other health-related issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
