Edencrest at Siena Hills is recruiting for Resident Assistants. In this role, you will ensure residents receive assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that aligns with the community’s mission statement and core values.

Open Shifts Available:

Full-time, Evenings 2pm-10pm and Days, 6am-2pm
Part-Time, Evenings 2pm-10pm and Days, 6am-2pm

A Typical Day for a Resident Assistant with Edencrest:

Monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
Understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
Promote communication between community team members and residents regarding preferences, medical changes, and health-related issues.
