• Prepare and maintain records of resident progress and services performed.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the manager or supervisor.
• Complete and maintain accurate records of daily activities and direct hours of service.
• Attend in-service training sessions and staff meetings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Caregivers assist with activities of daily living for elderly, mentally disabled, chronically ill, or physically challenged residents. Caregivers are responsible for duties associated with maintaining and running a household.

Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, showering, toileting, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
