Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is currently searching for a Caregiver with Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Staff certifications to work in Chadds Ford, Glen Mills, Media,PA and nearby areas

  • Competitive pay based on experience ($15/hour to $19/hour depending on type of case/shift, level of experience and qualification)

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

  • Help keep clients’ home clean and clutter-free
  • Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
  • Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
  • Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
  • Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
  • Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
  • New Caregiver hire cash bonus of $250will be paid after 2months from the date of hiring, if the person works 100 hours within 2 months

Caregiver Requirements:

  • CNA, HHA, and DC Certification
  • At least 1 yearof hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
  • Dementia /ALZ care experience is a plus
  • A compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
  • Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD or chest x-ray completed
  • References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
