Qualifications

7. Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.

Skills

• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, bathing, toileting, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, shopping, transportation, household record maintenance, and companionship.

Job Requirements

• Valid ID and Social Security Card
• 1 year of experience or equivalent
• Driver's License (preferred)
• Ability to commute or relocate to North/Western Suburbs
