Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, personal care, and ensuring residents' safety based on individual service plans. Candidates should be hardworking, kind, and professional.

Schedule:

Swing Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm), NOC Shift (10:30pm-6:30am). Must be able to work weekends. 4 days on, 2 days off rotation.

Pay:

$21.00 - $21.50/hr, with higher rates for Med Tech experience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Attend to residents' needs and document activities.
2. Provide companionship and observe safety, reporting changes.
3. Perform light housekeeping.
4. Maintain confidentiality and punctuality.
5. Communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for working with seniors + 6 months experience.
2. Completion of pre-employment training.
3. CPR/First Aid certification and Oregon Food Handlers Permit.
4. Flexibility to work weekends and schedule.
5. Caregiver experience preferred but not required.

Language & Communication:

Ability to use computer/smartphone applications, understand written documents, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
