Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You’ll help build independence and meaningful daily lives while following individualized plans.

Flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend shifts and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass PA background clearances.
• Experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Support daily routines like meal prep, personal care, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.
• Assist with community activities, employment, and social engagement.
• Follow individualized support plans and health/behavioral strategies.
• Ensure safety, dignity, and respect at all times.
• Communicate with supervisors and complete basic documentation.
