Responsibilities

• Medication remindersaccording to care plans and document all care provided with attention to detail
• Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
• Support clients withlight housekeeping tasks,meal preparation, andtransportationto appointments or errands
• Follow established care protocols while maintaining asafe environmentfor clients at all times

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, must be able to Read, Write, andSpeak English, and have clear andstrong communication skills
• Must pass acriminal background check(Federal, State/CBI, Local, DMV, CAPS, DORA, OIG)
• Must pass adrug panelincluding activemarijuanause
• Must be willing to comply with state required seasonal flu vaccinations
• Reliable transportation and willingness to providetransportationfor client inpersonal vehicle
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting clients withmobilityneeds safely
• Must be able to stoop or bend repeatedly, carry bundles, and assist clients with transfers and general mobility/stability.
• Prior experienceworking as an In Home Caregiver or in related settings such as geriatrics, post-acute care, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred
• Experience withdementiaclients and their unique needs is highly preferred
