Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50/hour with various differentials offered.

No experience or credential required to start!

We offer FREE on site training and testing while you get paid!!!

We also offer a bonus of $1,000 after requirements are met!

Already credentialed? We off a bonus of $1,000 after requirements are met!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Caregiver credential (Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Nursing Assistant-Registered (NAR) 1163 exempt), OR:
  • Willingness to complete 10-day training and testing program to become certified
  • Dementia experience highly preferred for this client
  • Kind, compassionate, and caring demeanor
  • Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
  • Great communication with staff and clients
  • Pass a background and fingerprint check
  • Your own vehicle, current license and insurance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

  • Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
  • Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies and interests.
  • Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
  • Assist your clients with walking, dressing, bathing, and other daily activities of living
  • Report and document activities completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ status
