Job summary

HBFL TX ARBOR HOUSE LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, monitor health signs, and administer medications in a regulated setting. You will provide companionship, assist with dementia care, and help with meals while maintaining a safe environment and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse and temperature.
• Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to support mental well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's through memory care techniques.
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain kitchen cleanliness according to dietary needs.
• Document care activities in EMR and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Assist residents with transportation to appointments and outings as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment across resident rooms and common areas.
