Responsibilities

• Assist residents with care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Engage residents and encourage involvement within the community
• Maintain cleanliness and perform light housekeeping as needed
• Assess residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly with supervisors
• Complete all required documentation and charting
• Communicate professionally with families, support services, and coworkers
• Assist team members with their duties
• Follow safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
