Job summary

BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and adults, delivering comfort, dignity, and independence. You’ll work flexible shifts and build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• TB test clear or chest X-ray required.
• 1+ year of in-home caregiver experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-to-one care in the home as a caregiver
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping
• Offer friendly companionship and engaging conversation
• Run local errands and provide reliable transportation
• Keep clear, timely care notes while following HIPAA guidelines
