Job Description

AbaCares Services is looking for a compassionate Caregiver for our clients in Manheim, PA. The Caregiver will:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for our clients by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Help with meal preparation
• Run errands for our client
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12PM-5PM

Pay rate: $14-$15 per hour

Qualifications

• Enjoys working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Must have reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
• Take pride in providing high-quality care
