Caregiver - 12hr Shifts - Senior Helpers

Senior Helpers of the Palm Beaches is urgently hiring caregivers who have experience working in assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, senior living facilities, nursing homes, home care or healthcare. We’re looking for a dedicated caregiver who is passionate about providing high quality in‑home care and who is ready to join our team on a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Base Pay Range

$15.00/yr – $20.00/yr

Job Duties

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
• Communicate with staff and seniors to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• CNA License or HHA certification.
• BLS card or First Aid and CPR card.
• In‑service certificates.
• Level 2 background check.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
