One You Love Homecare of North, South, and West Houston is seeking compassionate caregivers to support older adults at home. You will provide companionship, personal care, and light housekeeping to help clients maintain independence with dignity.

The role includes flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends, travel for client needs, and a culture of supportive teamwork to ensure safe, quality care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary

• As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.
