Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll help with daily activities, personal care, and goal-driven activities that promote independence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants and motivate them.
• Take initiative to help participants join the community and enjoy activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
