Freedom Home Care LLC is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate home care during evening, night, and rotating weekends. If you prefer night shifts and want to make a meaningful impact on client comfort and safety, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and able to advocate for clients while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and remain compassionate and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and simple physical therapy exercises.
• Provide adjunct patient care and monitor basic health indicators.
• Monitor food intake and meal routines.
• Perform blood pressure checks as needed.
• Give medication reminders and track compliance.

JOB SUMMARY
