Job summary

Modivcare in Washington County is seeking compassionate caregivers for hands-on home-based care. This role includes personal care, household support, and one-on-one interactions with clients. Travel to client locations (up to 25 miles) may be required, and reliable transportation is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respectdiverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
