No Worries Care is seeking multiple compassionate Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to assist clients in their homes. The role focuses on safety, comfort and independence with patient-centered care in a home setting.

The ideal candidates have experience in long-term care or home health, with strong communication and adherence to care plans. Immediate start and flexible scheduling options are offered, including full-time, part-time, weekends, and NOC shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and observation.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care.
• Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes.
• Experience with memory care or mobility challenges.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp).
• Provide medication reminders per care plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Prepare meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Support memory care for dementia and cognitive impairments.
• Observe and report changes to the care team.
• Perform light housekeeping and document services accurately.
• Support patients during social activities and promote engagement.
• Ensure safety protocols including CPR and infection control.

Job Summary

No Worries Care is urgently hiring multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting individuals with various health and personal needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health environments, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Give medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs
• Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments
• Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to care team
• Perform light housekeeping
• Follow prescribed care plans and document services provided accurately
• Support patients during social activities and promote engagement for overall well-being
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures

Skills

• Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care
• Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes
• Experience working with people with dementia, arthritis, or mobility challenges.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required (e.g., resident transfers)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; ongoing training provided if necessary
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
• Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory care support
