Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Spokane and surrounding areas. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence in a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active HCA, CNA, or NAR (1163 exempt) certification; free training to obtain HCA available.
• Kind, compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality.
• Good communication with staff.
• Background and fingerprint check required.
• Own vehicle, driver's license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to seniors.
• Assist with meals preparation and planning.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to support independence.
• Provide medication reminders and monitoring as directed.
• Assist with transportation for errands and appointments.
• Support personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Senior Helpers is immediately seeking caregivers for a variety of shifts all days of the week. These shifts may range from one hour to 24 hours in length. Join a supportive team that cares about you and allows you to choose your own shifts based on your availability – we offer part-time and full-time hours so you can work as little or as much as you want!

We are seeking compassionate caregivers that enjoy working one-on-one with the elderly. Caregivers typically provide companionship and conversation, meal preparation and planning, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation (errands and appointments), and personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, and grooming). Experience in these areas is preferred.
